RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
What is our return policy like?
Are you unhappy with the purchase you made? Did you realize you got the wrong size? Don't worry, we can offer you a solution!
We do not process product exchanges, but we do accept returns and you have 14 calendar days to do so :)
We only ask for the following conditions to proceed with a refund:
Return costs will be at your expense, unfortunately we do not cover these costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

How quickly can I get my refund?
As soon as we receive the product on the same day we will make the refund, it will probably take a few business days to see it.
What can I do if I receive a damaged product?
We hope this will never happen as we personally take care of packing the costume and preparing it for shipping, but if it does happen we apologize and please contact us as soon as possible at the following email: info@desiderataswimwear.com

- the item must not have been worn, washed or altered
- the item must be complete in its packaging, the label the package and the hygienic protection must be intact.
