REFOUND
What is our return policy like?
Is the purchase you made not to your satisfaction? Did you realize you got the wrong size? Don't worry, we can offer you a solution!
We can proceed in two ways:
- return and you have 14 calendar days to do so
- exchange for the correct size
We only ask for the following conditions to proceed with a refund/exchange:
- the item must not have been worn, washed or altered.
- the item must be complete in its packaging, the label the package and hygienic protection must be intact.
Return costs will be at your expense, unfortunately we do not cover these costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method within a few days.

- login in and go to the orders section
- click on go to my orders
- select the product to return to us
Once you have made your return request, you will receive an email explaining the next steps.

How quickly can I get my refund?
As soon as we receive the product the same day we will process the refund, it will likely take a few business days to see it.
What can I do if I receive a damaged product?
We hope this will never happen as we personally take care of packing the costume and in preparing it for shipping, but if it does happen we apologize and please contact us as soon as possible at the following email: desiderataswimwear@gmail.com.
FOR EXCHANGE.
You must still follow the procedure and request the return of the products you intend to exchange, contact us and tell us the correct size.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and we will send back the correct size at no additional charge!
There will be no handling for refund in case the value of the product is the same (size change) .
